Kathy Shields

We have some sad news about one of our fellow Wavecrest Owners. Kathy Shields who owned A-302 passed away several days ago at her home in Katy, Texas. Thanks to Suzanne O'Connell for letting everyone know this very sad news.

Kathy was an energetic supporter of Wavecrest and was a former board member who was passionate in her support of all homeowners and the many facets involved in running the condo association.

She will be missed by everyone and her passing makes me reflect on how we must enjoy each day for none of us know how long we will be here. I was very lucky to have met her and will always remember her for her lively debate and care and concern for each of us.

Our sincerest condolences go out to her family, friends and especially her Wavecrest Ohana on Molokai.

It is very sad that Kathy has passed. Kathy was a passionate Irishwoman who was never afraid to express her opinion :) Wavecrest was Kathy and her husband Bill's true home, as they often moved on the Mainland. Kathy was, during her life, a wonderful mother, a very successful business woman, and a good and loyal friend. Thanks for your kind words Doug.

We were very sad to hear of Kathy's sudden passing. She donated an enormous amount of her time to Wavecrest which was greatly appreciated. She will be missed.
